Michelle is a social impact professional with a background in academic research. She has a decade of experience working on projects that tackle public health and social inequalities with academics, NGOs, government departments and UN Women. She has worked on projects as wide-ranging as internet access as a human right, to tackling advertising standards to address rising beauty pressures for young people.
Since gaining a PhD in 2019, she has fostered a special interest in creative methods of intervening in public health and wellbeing, particularly through food, cooking, and community. To build on these interests, she joined the Alexandra Rose Charity in 2021 as the Impact and Evaluation Manager and has since led the evidence and evaluation of our fruit and veg vouchers projects.
