Amy is a Public Health Nutritionist with a passion for driving impactful change in global health policy. With eight years’ experience in international nutrition and food system research and policy, spanning fifteen countries, her career as a nutritionist has been underpinned by a steadfast commitment to advocating for nutritious diets that are affordable and accessible to all. She began her career at Save the Children UK and subsequently worked for the United Nations World Food Programme.
More recently, following her return to the UK, Amy has developed her knowledge and experience in UK health policy and advocacy with roles at Yorkshire Cancer Research and Crohn’s & Colitis UK.
A keen (but very novice!) allotment holder, in her spare time, you will find Amy attempting to keep a variety of fruit, vegetables and flowers alive. She also enjoys riding horses and singing in her local choir.
