We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be participating in the Big Give Christmas Challenge again this year.
The Patrick and Helena Frost Foundation, who have supported us for several years, generously agreed to be our pledge funder to get our campaign started with a pledge of £10,000.
This enabled us to attract champion funding from The Childhood Trust who have chosen us from hundreds of charities to receive £10,000 in match funds. This is the third time we have secured match funding from The Childhood Trust and we’re very grateful to have been chosen again.
During the Christmas Challenge week, we’ll be asking our friends and supporters to help us hit our £20,000 target and unlock these matched funds.
2020 has been a tough year for everyone so this year’s challenge will be more challenging than most, but with more families than ever struggling to afford fresh fruit and veg and provide healthy choices for their children, our work has never been more needed.
The campaign week runs from 12pm on December 1st to 12pm on December 8th.
